Violators of child rights – Todays India

In india the judicary is there to protect the basic human rights of every citizen. but the reality is that they have failed to protect the same. an adult can go to court of law and ask for justice but can a child of 3-4 years do it? does that child know his/her rights?

I am talking about millions of children who are victims of divorce laws. The parents fight for custody… give custody and take custody… deny access and ask access as if the child is their property…

The fact is that a custodian is responsible for bringing up the child to adulthood in best possible manner. a child has a right of getting in custody of the parent who can give the child the best. the child has right to access both parents and grand parents.no parent has a right to forego custody as it is not a right but responsibilty.a child has a right to get custody reviewed from time to time.

Some times, Courts / Judges acting like they are doing favor to men, ask small child, with whom they want to stay, most of the time, brainwashed child say MOTHER, as no court in india, allow child below with Father, Even Mother is Prostitute, or Murderer. If child say, Father then court ask Man for his merits and capacity to raise the child, if Child say mother, she was given custody without checking anything.

Do child has capacity to judge who is Good OR Bad

but what is the story today?

well a woman files false case.. gets husband arrested .. files false affidavit and case… forces custody of child and money… takes money in cash or in her name…. enjoys life and keeps child for looking after her in old age and as a show piece…. and the childs rights are violated… is this right ????????????

what does the courts do? they know affidavit is false… but do not try the woman for prejury…

They know that the mind of child is being poisoned but show helplessness…..
They know the fight for custody by father will lead a long battle and ultimately the father will give up ( even when the child has a right to his care) and the orders of access and custody will be openly floated by the woman and the court will be a spectator….

what supreme court….?

well they pass orders without looking into merits and transfer petitions like anything…
Point out the contempt and prejury and even CJI will ignore it…

the result is this..

INDIAN MALES ARE ACTUALLY SPERM DONORS AND CHILDREN ARE THE PROPERTY OF WOMAN…
WOMAN HAS A RIGHT TO DODGE LAW AND THE APEX COURT WILL SANCTION IT…
