I have written earlier of my own shocking near-miss situation with Army Jawans on the train in Londa. There have been many instances of Army Jawans and Railway Protection Forces misbehaving badly with the public.
This eve-teasing incident is another eye-opener.
The solution is that Army Jawans and RPF need more training in discipline and being at their best behaviour with civilians in public places like buses and trains. The aggression has to be toned down to give way for being ‘Officers and Gentlemen”.
Four RPF constables arrested for eve-teasing

LUCKNOW: Four constables of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and one constable from the Bareilly police were arrested in Shahjahanpur for allegedly molesting and misbehaving with a batch of girl students on board Rapti Ganga Express train during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday.
Police were on the lookout for two more cops from Bareilly who managed to get down from the train and escape before they could be apprehended.
In a separate incident reported from Muzaffarnagar, a dismissed constable of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and his associate allegedly hacked to death a 13-years old girl after she resisted rape and tried to raise an alarm. The miscreants left the minor girl’s grandmother, who was with the victim, critically wounded.
Additional director general of police (ADG) Law & Order, Crime and Special Task Force (STF) Brij Lal told TOI that the incident took place on board the train when the victims
