Rights of the Unborn Child

There have been a lot of articles about the Rights of the Unborn Child (Embryo and Foetus). The best explanation is the Right of the Fetus to point of ‘Chance to live’. It is shown that the ‘Chance to live’ is earlier than 23 weeks of gestation. The Pro-life and Pro-choice debates will continue. The Mehta case has been debated recently. Does any unborn child have any rights? Yes, it has an inherent right to life, which began at conception.
