IFF Invitation – 26th Oct 2009, Press Conference against DV

We are inviting all of you to Press Conference we are holding on 26th Oct,2009 at 1.30pm at the Mumbai Marathi Patrakar Sangh, VT (next to Press Club), near VT Station.

(Monday 26th Oct is the Third Anniversary of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.)

This press conference is a part of our campaign to raise our voice against gross injustices directed at Men(and all his family members too) with the misuse of IPC 498a, Dowry law, Domestic Violence Act and other such biased laws.

We are non-profit, non-funded and non-governmental organization fighting for the cause of saving the Indian Family System.

We are fighting against misuse of women-centric laws such as 498a, Dowry laws, Dowry Prohibition Act, Domestic Violence (DV) Act etc.

We are fighting for the cause of elderly Parents, Pregnant Sisters and minor kids who suffer since they happen to be the relatives of the victimized husbands.

We are also holding a joint Meeting tomorrow with SIF Central and Western Chapter along with Child’s Right and Family Welfare (CRFW), Mumbai Chapter.
