When a wife sucide irrespective of any reson , the husabnd and all his family memebrs put behind the abr, but when a husband sucide, that is termed as social service in this country and the wife get all the award. The husabnd killers moving freely in the society , wich wittness every year more than 56000 married men end thier life and thier killer wife got all awards for that. Great coutry, it looks the pain of a mother or sister is nill when they loss thier son or brother.

For more than a year repeatedly I have faced EXTREME TORTURE that is beyond imagination-abuse, violence, extortion day in and out. He locked me in house and treated me even worse than a dog. He tore my clothes, banged my head on car.He had no mercy on baby. He derived pleasure out of this. For him a wife meant a slave. This sounds strange because though I am native, I had no connection from Bihar as I was groomed in different states. And since men in Bihar treat women like a property…that explains why that state is so backward.(of course all men may not be so).
I used to plead him, fall on his feat and even warned him hundreds of times..but in vain.I was left with only 1-choice – to commit suicide or to seek help.Yes, I knocked ALL DOORS before going to law.He threatened to harass me even after divorce. I was a perfect case of suicide. If I had committed suicide probably people would have thought it to be normal. He thought it was all good until He tortured me. But when it was his turn, he thought it was not just..People read what is there in media.And it is fair for people to sympathise for anyone’s demise.
I am in terrible pain for his loss…I just wished he would become a human being and live a happy life..so what if not with me. No, I am not a saint. There were a few things where I did not obey him like going to my parent’s place for baby’s delivery which he was dead against..again there were mysterious reasons behind this which he never told me. Is there anything wrong if a women decides to deliver her baby as per her wish, more so when her husband is abroad? For this, again he tortured me.

I dont know probably it was his guilt that made him take the extreme step. Or he did this to prove he is right… No wife can even think of letting something like this happen to her husband..never.Do we get married for this? Mothers should teach their boys to have care and respect for women. Their bad behaviour and bad temper should be discouraged right from childhood. Since, these values were not there in him…now in this world I feel most sad for his mother. For me, he did not let me live, when he was alive and now after his death I am living like dead. Like any Indian girl, I too dreamt of a family, of a loving husband, of a beatiful life…but God had different ways. Thanks for cursing me. My fault is – I am alive…for my baby.

Yes you are pained because the “Golden Goose” have died and that is your financial loss. What makes you think he would have led a happy life after being put in prison. Yes we know women do this things of showing tears and gain sympathy. This is a routine matter in all family courts. Lawyers teach how to shed crocodile tears in front of Judges and those moron too just melt by looking couple of projections coming from your torso. But *AFTER* mutual divorce application, criminal cases were filed against husband. She should be lucky if she doesn’t get charged with ‘abetment to suicide’. But in this country of banana republic system, that may very well happen….

First of all , i do not understand, how a man can get the Poision in Jail of in Police custedy? So, prima face a case should be registered against his wife and police for murder or force to sucide .This is nothing but a conspercy to kill the husabnd and the Husabnd killers moving freely in the society like more than 56000 married man ending their life every year and thier killer wife free at society, this one more addition.

Hello Nandini, I am also a girl and victim of false 498a. But not agree with your statement because I already heard all this kind of false allegation and crocodile tears. An educated boy will never to do this and thats why he killed himself.

Its seems like the wife of techie is expecting a sympathy by putting all false allegation even after his death. She is not any abla nari, the wife had forgotten how the sex straved judges just with mere allegation of “abla nari” registered the case of attempt to murder on this poor chap. This lady nandini is now expecting that media ashould listen to her false story and potray as sita. This lady need to be put behind bars for registering the false case and abetting husband to cruel suicide. This sort of cruel wives should be hanged to death in public for misuing the law.

Any one will take the extreme step of sucide only if he or she is unable to take further harrassment or stress. It is very clear that you had harrassed him beyond imagination. You have troubled him, torturtoured him, harrassed him to such a point that he had no choice but to end his life. You should be ashamed of yourself that you have driven him to death.
