We will not succumb to terror pressures: Manmohan Singh

Dhaka, Sept 7: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday, Sept 7 offered his condolence to the victims, who lost their lives in the bomb blast outside the Delhi High Court. “My heart goes out to the bereaved families and to those who are injured I convey my best wishes,” said Singh, who is in Dhaka on two-day visit.

PM termed this attack as a “cowardly attack” and condemned the attack on strong note saying “we will not succumb to terrorism pressures, and we will deal with it”.

“This is a long war in which all political parties, all the people of India have to stand united so that the scourge of terrorism is crushed,” he added.

According to latest reports, 10 have been killed and 65 injured in the blast. The case has been handed over to NIA (National Investigating agency). The team is already at the blast site and has begun the investigation.
