Bangalore: Even there are reports of many False dowry cases or threat to file False cases by Women(wife) or from her family Blind Indian Government, supported by FemiNAZI organisations and Indian judiciary is not ready to make these laws gender nuetral, result of this many innocent like Manoj Kumar a resident of RT Nagar ended his life by hanging in a Paying Guest accommodation in Shantiniketan Layout here on April 9.
Manoj who was working with a leading IT firm in the City was married to Pramila who was also an IT professional, two years back. He was living separately for the past two months as a paying guest.
In the death note supposedly written by Manoj stated that he was threatened by his wife and in-laws. Pramila used to frequently threaten him of lodging a complaint of dowry harassment against him and his family members.
Jitendra Kumar, the elder brother of Manoj, said, “Pramila and her mother Devi were too demanding and were ridiculing him for not earning much. Pramila and Devi had come to our house in Koramangala on Monday night and created a huge ruckus threatening us that they would file a dowry harassment case against us. When I tried calling my brother, his phone was switched off. However, on Tuesday morning, I got a call from the police saying my brother was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his room at the PG,”
Police said that the owner of the PG accommodation had broken open Manoj’s room since he did not answer any calls on Tuesday morning, and found him hanging dead. In the death note, Manoj had blamed his wife and mother-in-law.
HAL police have registered a case against Pramila and Devi for abetting suicide. The couple has a one-year-old son, Hrithik.
