Woman ‘killed for dowry’ found alive with Lover

This is real face of Indian women, but in front of sob stories of women organisations indian women are victims even they are villain.

A woman who was reportedly killed by her husband and his parents in Bareilly last week has been recovered from the house of her boyfriend.

Her in-laws allege that she was staying with the youth, Rohit Singh, in Delhi, where he is pursuing an MBA degree, but the police say she was found at his parents’ house in Bareilly.

Tripti had gone missing from her parent’s home in Badaun after her husband, Vijay Kumar Sharma, dropped her there on October 11.

The next day, she was reported to have gone missing.

Though no evidence of murder was found, the police had registered a case of murder against her husband and his parents. The police had detained his parents and formally arrested them on Saturday. They were released only after Tripti was traced.

Aonla Circle Officer (CO) Prakash Swaroop Pandey said they found Tripti at Rohit Singh’s place in Fatehganj west, Bareilly.

In her statement recorded before the magistrate, Tripti expressed reluctance to stay at her husband’s house as she was fed up with being harassed.

Thereafter, she was sent to her parents’ place along with her brother Prashant Mishra.

On October 14, Prashant had lodged an FIR with the Bhamora police station, alleging that his sister had been murdered and her body was disposed by her husband and his parents Bhuvnesh Sharma and Prabha Sharma.

According to Pandey, while Vijay’s parents were picked up the same day and were brought to the police station, Vijay could not be traced.

The police found that Tripti’s cellphone was being used regularly. Bhuvnesh Sharma’s relatives, meanwhile, informed the police about Tripti’s association with Rohit. The police raided Rohit’s house and found Tripti there, said Pandey.

Prabha, Tripti’s mother-in-law said: “Our relatives traced her in Delhi. They informed the police about her whereabouts and only then the police team went there and brought her to Bareilly.”

Pandey said they had expunged the case of dowry death and sent a report under Section 182 of CrPC against Prashant to the court for lodging a false FIR.
