Directions For Use

Pudin Hara Active Syrup

Adults: 10-15 drops 2-3 times a day Children (5-12 years): 5-10 drops 2-3 times a day Dilute to ½ -1 cup (50-100 ml) of water before use Or as directed by physician.

Pudin Hara Pearls

Adults: One pearl, two to three times a day or as directed by a physician. Not recommended for children below 12 years

Pudin Hara Fizz

Adults: One sachet in a glass of water, 2-3 times a day, or as directed by a physician

Pudin Hara Drops

Dilute to 1/2 to 1 cup (50-100ml) of water before use. To be taken in recommended dosage or as directed by physician Adults: 16-24 Drops (0.5-0.75 ml approx.) 2-3 times a day Children: ( 5 12 years): 8-16 Drops ( 0.25- o.5 ml approx.) 2-3 times a day
